Grace Dwyer joins the Buffs and Lady Buffs Track and Field/Cross Country staff as a graduate assistant after a season of being a volunteer coach with the same teams. Â
Dywer is a decorated West Texas A&M University Cross Country alum and has been with the program since 2021. She transferred from Calumet College of St. Joseph where she became an All-American after finishing 5th at the 2021 NAIA National Championship in the 3,000m Steeplechase. She finished her time there with 11 school records, five-time CCAC All-Conference and two-time CCAC Championships.
After transferring to WT, Dwyer ran for one year on both the cross country and track team. She finished 5th at the LSC Cross Country Championship and ran in the NCAA DII National Championship.
