2016: Zepeda made 11 appearances including one start for the Buffs as a freshman. He played a career-high 51 minutes in WT’s 4-0 win over Wayland Baptist on opening day. He recorded a career-high two shots against UT Permian Basin on Oct. 1.

High School: Graduated from Plano East High School in 2016 where played for the Panthers under head coach Rick Woodard. He was a team captain during his senior year earning All-District MVP as a defender while leading his team to the Regional Finals. Also saw success on the club level as he was part of the North Texas State Cup Champions from 2011-13 and 2016.

Personal: Born on August 7, 1997. Son of Richard Zepeda. Has two siblings, Blair and Destini. Undecided on a major at West Texas A&M University.
