Junior (2013-14)
Cross Country: Baumal had an outstanding debut for the Buffs by finishing seventh overall at the Texas Tech Red Raider Open in the 8K with a time of 26:33.5. Went on to a ninth-place finish in college division of the 25th Annual Chili Pepper Cross Country Festival by finishing the 8K in 25:35.0. Was named LSC Newcomer of the Year and LSC All-Conference with a second-place finish at the LSC Championships (8K) at 25:30.80. Crossed the line 30th with a time of 31:34 at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships (10K), helping his team qualify for nationals. Baumal then helped lead his team to a 14th place finish at the NCAA National Championships (10K) by crossing the line in 72nd place (58 points) with a time of 31:47.
