2021-22:
The Lubbock Cooper product saw time in 28 games with one start for the Lady Buffs during her sophomore campaign, averaging 10.3 minutes per contest. Gregory went 24-of-82 (29.3%) from the field including 16-of-49 (32.7%) from behind the arc and 3-of-7 (42.9%) from the free throw line to average 2.6 points per game to go along with 40 rebounds (11 offensive, 29 defensive), 15 assists, one block and 13 steals.

2020-21:
Gregory saw time in 20 games with three starts, registering 19.7 minutes per game for the Lady Buffs during the 2020-21 campaign. She went 25-of-73 (34.2%) from the floor including 11-of-45 (24.4%) from behind the arc and 6-of-15 (40%) from the free throw line to average 3.4 points per game to go along with 47 rebounds (12 offensive, 35 defensive), 34 assists, four blocks and 20 steals.

2019-20:
Gregory saw time in 15 contests for the Lady Buffs during her true freshman campaign in 2019-20. The Lubbock native went 5-of-16 (31.3%) to average 0.7 points per game while also registering one assist, one steal and six rebounds (four offensive, two defensive) to average 0.4 per game.

At Lubbock Cooper High School:
Gregory came to Canyon following a standout prep career at Lubbock Cooper High School under head coach Kyle Lovorn as she helped the Lady Pirates to 59 victories over the last two seasons including a run to the 2019 Class 5A Regional Semifinals. As a senior, she was a First Team All-District and TGCA All-State selection while averaging 13.0 points per game. McKauley played AAU basketball under HOOP 10 which is directed by Johnna Pointer and was coached by Layne Mulamba.

Personal:
Born March 6, 2001. Daughter of Dan and Dana Gregory and she has two siblings, Payton and Avery. Majoring in Health Science with a Pre-Med focus at West Texas A&M.
