2011: Went 4-1 in 22 appearnaces in his first season with the Buffs... Struck out 41 batters and walked 15 in 37.2 innings of work... Allowed just 20 earned runs and finished the season with a 4.78 earned run average.

Previous School: McLin joined WT after playing two years at Temple College under head coach Craig McMurtry... Helped lead the Leopards to a conference championship and regional finals.

High School: McLin was a first team all-district selection while playing at Red Oak High School in Red Oak, Texas... He was a district MVP his junior season and was a two-time all-state selection if final two years in school... Went 11-1 with a 0.83 earned-run-average his junior year.

Major: McLin is a Science and Exercise Studies major.

Personal: McLin is the son of Terri and Jerry McLin of Red Oak, Texas... He has two sisters, Lindsay and Lauren.
