At Eastern New Mexico:
Lewis comes to Canyon following a standout career at Lone Star Conference rival Eastern New Mexico where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Animal Science. She sits atop of the ENMU career record book with 460 defensive rebounds while ranking second in offensive rebounds (203), second in blocked shots (116) and third in total rebounds (663). She saw time in 83 games with 49 starts during her three seasons in Portales, going 232-of-548 (42.3%) from the floor to average 7.5 points per game.
 
Lewis was a Second Team All-LSC selection during her junior campaign while also being named to the league's All-Defensive Team as the Greyhounds posted the second-best record in the program's 45-year history, finishing just one win shy of tying a school record for victories in a season as the 2020 postseason was cancelled due to COVID-19.
 
At Hope Christian High School:
She registered a standout prep career at Hope Christian High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she led the Huskies to a pair of Class 4A State Championships and a trip to the 2017 State Finals. Lewis was a two-time Albuquerque Defensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-State selection. The talented athlete was a part of the 2016 HCHS Track & Field State Championship squad while also winning three soccer State Titles. 
 
Personal:
Born March 10, 1999. Alivia is the daughter of Jay and Paige Lewis and she has two siblings, Avery and Savanna. She is expected to pursue a Master's degree in Animal Science at West Texas A&M.
