PARKING
Bus parking is available north of the baseball/softball complex (45 “ish” on the campus map), the Sybil B Harrington Fine Arts Complex (50 on the campus map), and the Randall County Justice Center. There is a small lot near the Bain Athletic Center for the fans to park in. (15 on the campus map)

ADMISSION
$12/day or $20/two-day pass. West Texas A&M ONLY ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS, NO CASH
 
ENTRANCE TO TRACK
The entrance to the Track stadium is on the west side of the facility, adjacent to the Athletic Bain Center. (15 on the campus map)

CONCESSIONS & RESTROOMS
Both are located immediately inside the entrance of the stadium.
 
COACHES MEETING
NO formal coaches meeting will be held. All communication will be through email. The packets with the wristbands will be picked up at the main ticket office on the WEST side of the stadium.  

SUBSTITUTIONS
For information regarding scratches and substitutions after District/Area meets, please refer to coaches meet handbook.
 
CHECK-IN
Athletes/ Coaches will check in at the "cage" underneath the West side home stands near the concession stand. Athletes must have hip # to access the track- infield area. Athletes need to report back to the check in area at least 25 minutes prior to their event to be escorted to the infield by an official for final warm up and staging. Athletes in multiple events need to let the clerk know, and they will be provided further instructions at that time.

IMPLEMENTS WEIGH-INS
Weigh-in for ALL events will begin 7:30 a.m. both days, located north-west corner of the stadium at the Throw’s Area.  Please have your implements weighed in at least 45 minutes prior to your event. At this time all checked-in implements will be escorted to the competition area for warm-ups.  Implements will be checked out to the athletes at the completion of the throwing event. Any implements that are left will be available to pick up at the Throw’s shed.
 
INFIELD ACCESS
The infield is restricted to ATHLETES ONLY who have been escorted in for their event. NO COACHES OR NON-COMPETING ATHLETES will be allowed on the infield. No camps on the infield. Infield can only be accessed from the north end of the stadium by crossing near the steeplechase pit. No crossing the home stretch & no south access to infield.

WARM UP AREA
The practice fields are located north of the stadium. They will be the designated warm-up area. Warm-up hurdles will be provided. Wristbands are required for this area.

RELAY HANDOFF PRACTICE
All relay teams may practice hand offs one hour prior to the beginning of the 4X100m relay. Relay handoff practice may not conflict with the high jump competition area.  There will no relay handoff practice on the track once the 4X100m relay has begun. All other handoff practice must be done in the warm up area. 
 
TEAM CAMPS
Camps are located on the grass at the north end of the stadium. NO camps on the infield. 
 
ATHLETIC TRAINER
An Athletic Trainer will be on-call. Each team is responsible for providing ALL water/hydration, ice and bottles, or any other general supplies needed. 
 
ELECTRONICS
No electronics, walkie-talkies, cell phones, etc. are allowed in the warm-up, competition area, or on the field. This includes listening to headphones/earbuds while warming up in the competition area.
 
RULINGS
FALSE START
The no-false-start rule is in effect. Runners will be disqualified upon first false start.
 
TIES
All ties must be broken through 6th place. There will be a wild-card entry going to state this year and all ties must be broken in order to do the call-up from any region.
 
PROTESTS

A Jury of Appeals will be selected prior to the meet when coaches need to challenge the Meet Referee's decision. All decisions by the Jury of Appeals are final, no exceptions. First, go to the check in table and inform them of your intention to protest. Protests must be filed in writing within 15 minutes after the results of the event are announced. The correct paperwork must be filed in your protest with the appropriate officials, who will have the protest paperwork on hand. No judgement calls such as false starts or zone exchanges can be protested. Make sure to have the rule sited that you are protesting.
