2014: As a freshman, Cervantes played in 14 matches and received the starting nod in five. He logged 618 minutes on the pitch and scored two goals for four total points. Had 14 total shots, four of them being on the mark. Cervantes started five of the final six games in the season.

High School: Played midfielder for the Sandies under head coach David Daily…Has led the team to a 10-3 overall record and 4-0 record in league play this season…Has also played time at forward and center-back…Named first-team all-district and first-team all-region as a junior…Second-team all-district as a sophomore…Freshman of the year in 2011.

Personal: Born October 17…Son of Juan and Julia Cervantes…Has three siblings Adrian, Briana and Gabriela…Plans on majoring in sports and exercise science at West Texas A&M.
