CANYON, Texas – The #25 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M struggled offensively on Saturday night as they fell to the #3 Concordia-St. Paul Golen Bears in four sets (16-25, 25-23, 14-25, 20-25) to conclude the Colorado Premier Challenge at Auraria Event Center in Denver, Colorado.

The Lady Buffs finished the match with 44 kills on 126 swings with 23 attack errors to hit .167 as a team with five aces, 39 assists, seven blocks and 50 digs. Concordia-St. Paul had a team attack percentage of .323 as they had 57 kills on 130 attempts with 15 errors to go along with 10 aces, 10 blocks, 52 assists and 52 digs.

Kaycee Cavanaugh paced the WT offense as the junior had 13 kills on 33 swings with seven attack errors to hit .182 with two assists, two blocks and 10 digs for another double-double.
Casey Loewer added 11 kills, 18 assists and five digs while
Avery Ramos led the way in the back row with 13 digs.

The Lady Buffs hit the road for Lone Star Conference crossover action next week as they travel to San Angelo, Texas to take on the Rambelles of Angelo State followed by Lubbock Christian at the Junell Center.
