Skyler Massey registered a career-high 20 kills on Saturday afternoon as the Lady Buffs topped the #25 Central Missouri Jennies (25, 20, 25-15, 21-25, 25-19) at the Auraria Event Center on the campus of MSU Denver.

The Lady Buffs finished the match with 49 kills on 145 swings with 27 errors for an attack percentage of .152 to go along with 46 assists, four aces, 11 blocks and 74 sigs. Central Missouri had 47 kills and 32 errors on 168 attempts to hit .089 as a team with 44 assists, two aces, 13 total blocks and 56 digs.

The freshman from Portales had 20 kills on 38 swings and only four attack errors to hit .421 along with a pair of block assists.
Kaycee Cavanaugh continued her big start to the season with 13 kills, four assists and a team-best 23 digs for another double-double.
Casey Loewer paced the WT offense with 22 assists along with eight digs.

The Lady Buffs advance to the Silver Bracket championship match as they battle #3 Concordia-St. Paul with first serve set for 8:00 p.m. CT in Denver. The Golden Bears topped host MSU Denver in five sets earlier in the day.
