CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M women's golf head coach Meredith Jameson has announced the addition of South African standout Holly Duddy for the 2026-27 campaign.
 
"Holly is a physically and mentally strong competitor and will complement our returners well" said Jameson "When I watched her at the NJCAA National Championship, I was impressed with her driving off the tee and her great touch around the green."
 
Duddy joins the Lady Buffs following one season at Garden City Community College in Garden City, Kansas where she registered seven different Top-10 finishes during her freshman campaign for the Broncbusters under head coach Alex Acosta. The First Team All-KJCCC selection claimed her first collegiate victory during the Falcon Cup Classic in Wichita, Kansas with rounds of 71 and 72 for a 143 (-1). Holly was the runner-up at the opening event of the Jayhawk Conference Championships while also finishing ninth at the NJCAA Plains District Tournament to qualify for the NJCAA Division I National Championships, finishing 21st overall.
 
The Alberton, South Africa native registered a standout prep career at Waterstone College in Johannesburg. She claimed a victory at the 2023 Ekurhuleni Open as well as the 2023 Club Championships. Her final season at Waterstone saw Duddy compete in the National Schools Invitational, the Central Gauteng Junior Open as well as the Central Gauteng Holiday Summer Series.
 
Holly is the daughter of Greg Duddy and Ashleigh Deall and she has two siblings, Amy and Meg. She is expected to major in Finance at West Texas A&M.
