CANYON, Texas – West Texas A&M head men's golf coach Axel Ochoa has announced the addition of Belgium product Callum McLean for the 2025-26 campaign.
 
The Schilde, Belgium native comes to Canyon following a successful prep career at Heilig Hart van Maria – Instituut. McLean won the Junior Belgium National Championship in 2024 with a score of -4, he also finished second on the Global Junior Tour in 2024 along with a third-place effort at the Federal Autumn Prize in 2023.
 
Callum is the son of Allan McLean and Lilian van Deutekom and he has two siblings, Duncan and Euan. He is expected to major in General Business at West Texas A&M.
