CANYON, Texas – The Lady Buffs exacted some revenge against rival Eastern New Mexico on Thursday night as the Lady Buffs uses three different players in double-figures to pick up a 70-62 Lone Star Conference divisional win at the First United Bank Center in Canyon, Texas.

Karley Motschenbacher led the way for the Lady Buffs as the junior guard went 5-of-8 from the floor including a perfect 8-of-8 from the free throw line for a team-high 19 points to go along with 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals for the double-double.
Jayla Burgess scored a career-high 18 points as the Tulsa product went 8-of-10 from the floor followed by
Kyla Kane with 16 points.

The Lady Buffs finished the night going 25-of-53 (47.2%) from the floor including 3-of-14 (21.4%) from deep and 17-of-20 (85%) from the free throw line with 30 total rebounds (eight offensive, 22 defensive), eight assists, nine turnovers, one block and six steals.

Ishuana Hunter paced the ENMU offense as the junior from Trenton, New Jersey went 11-of-18 from the floor including 2-of-3 from the free throw line for a game-high 24 points to go along with 12 rebounds and a steal. The Greyhounds went 26-of-54 (48.1%) from the field including 1-of-7 (14.3%) from deep and 9-of-14 (64.3%) from the line with 32 rebounds, four assists, 12 turnovers, no blocks and three steals.

The Lady Buffs close out their homestand on Saturday afternoon as the Mustangs of Western New Mexico comes to the First United Bank Center for LSC divisional action with tipoff set for 1:00 p.m. in Canyon.
