DENVER, Colo. – The No. 12 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M came in fourth at the loaded Colorado Premier Classic after falling to No. 4 MSU Denver 3-0 (15-25, 23-25, 22-25) in the 3
rd-place match on Saturday afternoon at the Auraria Event Center.

Taytum Stow were named to the All-Tournament. The All-Tournament team was voted on by opposing coaches from the Colorado Premier Challenge.

After falling behind in set one, the Lady Buffs battled their way to a 2-1 match lead before Wildcats forced the fifth set ultimately winning the opening match of bracket play. The Lady Buffs hit .164 in the match with 58 kills on 189 swings with 27 errors to go along with 79 digs, 54 assists, 14 blocks, and four service aces. WSC registered 63 kills with 29 errors to swing .181 with 90 digs, 60 assists, 13 blocks and five service aces.
Three Lady Buffs reached double-figure kills with

Blair Moreland paced the offense with 29 assists followed by
Ainsley Malis with 25.
Abi Nash led the back row with 26 digs while
Taytum Stow racked up a season-high eight blocks.

Torrey Miller had a team-high 11 kills with six errors on 35 attack errors to hit .143 while
Blair Moreland led the offense with 17 assists.
