CANYON, Texas – The #6 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M set a new single-game program record with 69 rebounds on Friday night as they raced past the Southwestern Oklahoma State Bulldogs, 79-51 at the First United Bank Center in Canyon.

Hollie Stalder led the way for the Lady Buffs as the freshman from Hooker, Oklahoma finished the night going 7-of-11 from the floor including 1-of-4 from deep and 4-of-4 from the free throw line for a game-high 19 points to go along with six rebounds.
Karley Motschenbacher has now scored in double-figures in 10 straight games dating back to last season as the sophomore went 4-of-8 from the floor and 1-of-2 from deep for 11 points to go along with seven rebounds, one assist and one steal.

The Lady Buffs finished the night going 31-of-77 (40.3%) from the floor including 5-of-25 (20%) from behind the arc and 12-of-17 (70.6%) from the charity stripe with 69 rebounds (23 offensive, 46 defensive), 11 assists, 19 turnovers, four blocks and seven steals.

SWOSU was led offensively by Averi Zinn as the Anadarko, Oklahoma product went 7-of-19 from the floor including 2-of-9 from deep for a team-high 17 points to go along with one rebound and two steals. The Bulldogs went 21-of-71 (29.6%) from the floor including 4-of-30 (13.3%) from behind the arc and 5-of-6 (83.3%) from the free throw line with 33 rebounds (five offensive, 28 defensive), four assists, 12 turnovers and 12 steals.
