LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 11 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M extended their win streak out to 12 on Wednesday night after defeating Lubbock Christian in three straight sets to stay undefeated in Lone Star Conference action.

WT hit over .300 for the seventh time this season at .320 with 44 kills on 100 attempts with 12 errors. The Lady Buffs totaled 41 assists, 46 digs, 12 blocks and nine service aces. Lubbock Christian had 25 kills on the night on 99 attempts with 20 errors as the Lady Buffs limited LCU to hit just .051.
Senior
Abi Nash led the offense in the victory hitting .526 with 11 kills on 19 attempts with just one error followed by
Samantha Jordan with seven and
Kayla Elliott with six.
Blair Moreland, the LSC Setter of the Week, and
Ainsley Malis paced the Lady Buffs with 16 assists each. On defense,
Bryli Contreras had 14 digs while Elliott led at the net with six blocks to go along with her two service aces.
Kiana Fallaha led the Lady Chaps with seven kills on 25 attempts to hit .080 while Kayton Genenbacher had a match-high 19 assists and Chloe Menard had the lone ace. Genenbacher also led with 10 digs and Aaliyah Gray had just two blocks.

th match in The Box on Saturday, Oct. 22 when WT hosts Eastern New Mexico. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m. against the Greyhounds.
WT will also honor the life of Brittany Bridge-Rodriguez with "I Wear Blue for Brittany" t-shirts provided by the Lady Buff volleyball team. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Colon Cancer Coalition.
