CANYON, Texas – The Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M hit .231 as a team on Friday night as they rolled past the Texas Woman's Pioneers (25-20, 25-15, 25-18) in Lone Star Conference action during Senior Night at the WTAMU Fieldhouse "The Box" in Canyon.
 
Torrey Miller led the way offensively for WT with 11 kills on 25 swings with just four attack errors to hit .280 on the night to go along with two assists, four digs and two blocks. Camy Jones registered eight kills followed by Samantha Jordan with six, Blair Moreland paced the Lady Buff offense with 17 assists while Chandler Vogel led the way in the back row with 16 digs.
 
The Lady Buffs registered 37 kills on 104 attempts with 13 attack errors to hit .231 as a team with 34 assists, six aces, 50 digs and 10 blocks. 
 
The Pioneers struggled offensively as they had 31 kills on 117 swings with 26 attack errors to hit just .043 as a team with 27 assists, two aces, 47 digs and six total blocks. Addison Mulroney led all players with 13 kills on 34 swings with four attack errors as she hit .265 in the match with four digs and a block.
 
The Lady Buffs close out the regular season tomorrow afternoon as they host the DBU Patriots with first serve set for 3 p.m. at BritKare Court.
