#17 Lady Buffs Get Win No. 200 at the FUBC as They Top Western New Mexico, 58-46

CANYON, Texas – The #17 Lady Buffs of West Texas A&M picked up their 200th victory at the First United Bank Center on Saturday afternoon as they outlasted the visiting Mustangs of Western New Mexico in front of over 800 fans in Canyon. The Lady Buffs are now 200-30 all-time at the First United Bank Center for a winning percentage of 86.9% since the facility opened on January 26, 2002.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- West Texas A&M was led offensively by Reagan Haynes who went 2-of-9 from the floor and 2-of-6 from deep for 10 points followed by Lexy Hightower, Megan Gamble and Tiana Parker with eight each. Parker grabbed a game-high seven rebounds to go along with three blocks in the win.
- Jade Botelho led the way for the Mustangs as she went 7-of-15 from the floor to lead all players with 14 points followed by Rachel Francisco with 11, Takiyah Lopez grabbed a team high six rebounds to go along with an assist and a steal.
 
FIRST HALF:
- The Lady Buffs went 7-of-22 (31.8%) from the floor in the first half including 2-of-8 (25%) from deep and 3-of-4 (75%) from the free throw line with 17 rebounds (six offensive, 11 defensive), five assists, 11 turnovers, six blocks and five steals.
- Western New Mexico finished the first half shooting 8-of-25 (32%) from the field including 3-of-8 (37.5%) from behind the arc without taking a free throw to go along with 16 rebounds (six offensive, 10 defensive), five assists, 10 turnovers, no blocks and four steals.

SECOND HALF:
