Hannah Travis is currently a junior at West Texas A&M University, pursuing a degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

She plans to continue her academic journey by enrolling in graduate school to earn a Master’s degree in Kinesiology. Hannah aspires to become a collegiate track and field coach with a long term goal of advancing to the professional coaching level.

Prior to attending WT, Hannah graduated from Amarillo College in May of 2025 with an Associate’s degree in General Studies. She attended Amarillo High School where she initially competed on the track team her freshman year. Afterward, she transitioned into a managerial role as a sophomore, and maintained that role for the remaining three years of high school. While in high school she specialized in High, Long, and Triple jump. Leading the athletes through warm-ups, workouts, and recording their progress during practices and meets.

Hannah is excited to continue expanding her knowledge and expertise at West Texas A&M, and is looking forward to growing within the track and field program as she prepares for her future coaching career.Â
