Named the 2025 Lone Star Conference Preseasson Defensive Player of the Year...

2024:
Stow, the two-time Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Year, dominated in the middle of the court for the Lady Buffs during her junior campaign... The Hereford product registered 209 kills on 440 attempts with 49 errors for an attack percentage of .364 to go along with a team-best 138 total blocks to average 1.27 per set for a total of 296.5 points on the season... Stow ranked 21^st in all of Division II Volleyball in blocks per set (1.27) while sitting 17^th in total blocks (138.0) and 22^nd in attack percentage (.364)... She was named to the South Central Region All-Tournament Team as well as the All-Lone Star Conference First Team, leading the Lady Buffs to an unbeaten league record and the program's 22^nd LSC Championship... Stow earned First Team All-Region honors from the AVCA and D2CCA while being named an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American for the third time...

2023: 
Led the Lady Buffs to the Division II National Title Match for the second straight year… Appeared in 133 sets, totaling a 37 matches... Averaged 1.68 kills per set and had a total of 223 kills for the season, earning a .334 hitting percentage… Had a season high of 12 kills on three different occasions… UT Tyler (9/23), Oklahoma Christian (10/21), and Eastern New Mexico (10/28)... On the defensive side, Stow led the Lady Buffs in blocks with 160 and averaged 1.20 blocks per set, and had 128 block assists... Stow finished tying second in the nation in total blocks and 22nd in the nation for blocks per set…Had a season high of 11 blocks vs. DBU (12/01)... Averaged .24 digs per set, totaling 32 digs all together... Earned All-American honors, All-Region, and Lone Star Conference First-Team All-Conference and LSC All-Academic Team...
 
2022:
Helped lead the Lady Buffs to their fourth NCAA Division II National Championship… Appeared in 117 sets totaling 37 matches… Tallied 218 kills averaging 1.86 kills per set for a .342 hitting percentage including a season high 11 kills vs. St. Mary’s (8/27) and Wayne State (9/3)… Totaled 146 blocks with a match high 11 in the NCAA National Quarterfinals vs. Missouri-St. Louis (12/2)… Contributed six aces…

Hereford High School: 
Stow played upfront as a middle blocker at Hereford High School for the Whitefaces...  She helped HHS to a 30-match win streak with a perfect 10-0 record in district play finishing 46-3 overall…  Stow was named the HISD Female Athlete of the Year twice in her time at Hereford while also collecting TGCA All-State accolades...

She is daughter of James and Tessa Stow and has one sibling, Kyler...  She plans to major in Sports Exercise and Science during her time at West Texas A&M...
