2011: Lancaster started the season strong and fought through a midseason injury to become a strong force for the Lady Buffs as a junior in 2011, registering 349 kills for an average of 2.71 per set while also tallying 294 digs and 75 total blocks. Lancaster was named to the All-Lone Star Conference Second Team for her efforts on the court.

2010: Lancaster registered 213 kills on the season and averaged 1.90 kills per set as a sophomore for the Lady Buffs. She ranked fourth on the team with 54 assists and collected 55 digs on the season as well. Lancaster became a presence at the net for the Lady Buffs and finished the season with 50 total blocks (four solo), fourth-most on the team. She tallied a season-high .857 hitting percentage in WT’s win over St. Leo on Sept. 11, 2010, and had a career-high 14 kills against Midwestern State on Oct. 9. Lancaster was then named an all-LSC Honorable Mention selection following the regular-season.

2009: Lancaster saw time in 27 matches as a true freshman outside hitter for the Lady Buffs in 2009. She recorded a hitting percentage of .218, with 100 kills in 289 attempts. She also registered three assists, 41 digs and 20 blocks. Lancaster set a career high of 11 kills against Lubbock Christian on Aug. 29, 2009 and four blocks against Southwestern Oklahoma on Oct. 8, 2009.

High School: Lancaster joined the Lady Buffs after a successful prep career at Fort Elliot High in Mobeetie, Texas under head coach Brad Slatton. An outside hitter, Lancaster helped lead her team to the area finals as a senior and was named the District MVP for three years. She earned Newcomer of the Year accolades as a freshman and was an All-State selection as a junior and senior. A two-sport athlete, Lancaster received TGCA All-State and TABC All-State recognition in basketball. An honor society member, she was an academic all-State selection in basketball as a junior and a senior and a volleyball academic all-State selection as a senior.
