Biography

2019 (Senior)
Was named the Lone Star Conference Player of the Year after leading the conference in batting average and on-base and slugging percentage. She also earned Second Team All-Region honors (D2CCA, NFCA) after hitting .446 with 14 doubles, one triple and 17 home runs for 54 RBI for a career-best .962 slugging percentage with a team-high 51 walks for a .601 on-base percentage. She also earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference and LSC Golden Glove honors for her work in the field with 294 putouts and 12 assists with four errors for a .987 fielding percentage. 

2018 (Junior);
Moore became a two-time All-American for the Lady Buffs during her junior campaign in 2018, earning First Team accolades by the National Faspitch Coaches Association. She started all 53 games at first base for the Lady Buffs, hitting .389 with seven doubles, two triples and 25 homeruns to drive in 66 RBI for 149 total bases and a slugging percentage of .920. The 25 long balls tied a Lone Star Conference single-season record while setting a new program record alongside fellow All-American Ashley Hardin.

Moore walked 21 times to rank fourth on the team for an on-base clip of .466 while tallying 395 putouts and nine assists at first base with seven errors for a fielding percentage of .983. She earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference accolades while being named All-Region by the NFCA and D2CCA.

2017 (Sophomore):
Moore, a 1st Team All-Lone Star Conference selection, became a force in the middle of the West Texas A&M lineup during her sophomore season in 2017 as the Van native hit .389 with 13 doubles and 18 homeruns to drive in 52 RBI with 123 total bases for a slugging percentage of .854. She registered 316 putouts at first base to go along with 15 assists while being a part of 19 double plays turned. Moore picked up Third Team All-American accolades by the D2CCA.

2016 (Freshman):
Moore registered a solid true freshman campaign for the Lady Buffs in 2016 as she saw time in 31 games with 10 starts to hit .349 with four doubles and four homeruns to drive in 20 RBI and collect 31 total bases for a slugging percentage of .721 to go along with 11 walks for an on-base clip of .491. She registered 38 putouts and four assists with one error for a fielding percentage of .977. Moore made an immediate impact on the 2016 season as she connected on her first collegiate homerun on Opening Day (Feb. 5) in St. George, Utah against Fort Lewis and she followed that up with her first career grand slam against Chadron State (Feb. 13) to drive in six RBI on a pair of homeruns in the win.
 
At Van High School:
Moore came to Canyon following a great four-year prep career at Van High School (Texas) where she played first base for the Vandals under the guidance of head coach Robert Klick. While at VHS, Moore was a two-time All-District selection in the infield while picking up District Most Valuable Player accolades as a junior to lead the Vandals to back-to-back Texas 3A State Tournaments. During her time at VHS, Moore was a three-time All-East Texas Super Team selection while being named to the UIL All-State Tournament Team.
 
Personal:
Born May 24th. Moore is the daughter of Jeff and Misty Moore and she has three siblings: Micah, Dustin and Haleigh. She is majoring in Accounting at West Texas A&M.
