2018 (Junior):
Borschel saw time in 21 matches for the Lady Buffs during her junior campaign in 2019 as she registered 53 kills on 205 swings to hit .044 on the sesaon while averaging 1.13 kills per frame. The Orland Park native tallied a pair of digs and 11 total blocks to average 0.23 per set to finish the season with 59.0 points (1.26/match).

At UNC-Asheville:
Borschel joined the Lady Buffs at the Christmas Break following three years at UNC-Asheville. She saw time in 32 matches with one career start during her two seasons in Asheville as she redshirted in 2016, she registering 36 kills and 31 digs to go along with five blocks.

At Sandburg High School:
Borschel registered a standout prep career at Sanburg High School where she lettered for three seasons for the Eagles, picking up All-Conference accolades while excelling in the classroom as a member of the National Honor Society. Borschel played club ball for the 1^st Alliance.
