2014 (Sophomore):
Eickhoff did not see time on the court for the Lady Buffs as a sophomore in 2014. The Topeka, Kansas native continued to excel in the classroom for WT as she was named a member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll during the fall and spring semester.
 
2013 (Freshman):
Eickhoff saw sparing time on the court for the Lady Buffs as a true freshman in 2013, playing just two sets against Adams State during the Colorado Premiere in Denver on September 14^th. She excelled in the classroom, being named a member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll for the fall and spring semesters.

At Parkhill South/Washburn Rural High School: 
Eickhoff came to West Texas A&M in the fall of 2013 after a four year prep career split between Parkhill South HS (Missouri) and Washburn Rural HS (Kansas) where she finished up her career as a setter for the Junior Blues under the guidance of head coach Kevin Bordewick. In 2012, she helped the Blues to the Kansas 6A State Championship and she picked up All-City and All-League accolades. Eickhoff also excelled in the classroom, being a four time Academic All-State selection.
