2023:
Saw time in 17 games with 10 starts behind the plate during his first season in Maroon & White in 2023. Janssen hit .129 with one double to drive in four RBI to go along with one walk and two hit-by-pitch for an on-base clip of .194. Defensively he registered 78 putouts with 10 assists and two errors for a fielding percentage of .978.

At Central Oklahoma: 
Janssen comes to Canyon from MIAA member Central Oklahoma where he saw time in 18 games with 14 starts behind the plate for the Bronchos. He his .279 with three doubles to drive in 10 RBI for a slugging percentage of .349 to go along with 12 walks and 12 hit-by-pitch for an on-base clip of .439. Defensively he registered 141 putouts with 12 assists and just one error for a fielding percentage of .994.

At Indian Hills Community College:
Helped the Warriors to the 2021 NJCAA College World Series under head coach Matthew Torrez. He was named the ICCAC Defensive Player of the Year as well as a NJCAA Academic All-American during his time at Indian Hills CC. 

At Commanderij College:
Graduated from Commanderij College in Gemert, Netherlands in 2018.

Personal:
Born February 16, 1999. Son of Frank and Marjo Janssen and he has one sister, Rachelle. Majoring in Sports & Exercise Science at West Texas A&M.
