Eickhoff makes the transition from player to coach in 2016 as the Topeka, Kansas native begins her first season as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Lady Buffs. She saw time in seven sets during five matches during her three year career for WT, dishing out 15 assists while tallying 10 digs during her time in Maroon & White. Off the court, Eickhoff excelled in the classroom as a multiple time member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll while serving as the President of the Student-Athlete Leadership Team (SALT) during the 2015-16 season. The WTAMU Student-Athlete Leadership Team was created to facilitate greater interaction between the athletics administration and the student-athlete.

Eickhoff came to West Texas A&M in the fall of 2013 after a four year prep career split between Parkhill South HS (Missouri) and Washburn Rural HS (Kansas) where she finished up her career as a setter for the Junior Blues under the guidance of head coach Kevin Bordewick. In 2012, she helped the Blues to the Kansas 6A State Championship and she picked up All-City and All-League accolades. Eickhoff also excelled in the classroom, being a four time Academic All-State selection. She is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science at West Texas A&M.
