Baleigh Allen enters her second season on the sideline for the Lady Buffs as she was named an assistant coach in August of 2024.
Allen helped lead West Texas A&M to the program's 31st NCAA Tournament with a run to the South Central Regional Semifinals with an overall record of 26-5 in 2024. The Lady Buffs went a perfect 16-0 in Lone Star Conference action to win their 22nd LSC Regular Season Championship for the 16th unbeaten league record in school history.
She came to Canyon from Second Baptist High School in Houston where she served as a varsity assistant for the Eagles, Allen also spent time coaching with the Houston Volleyball Academy and Angelo Elite.Â

Allen is no stranger to the Lone Star Conference as she was a four-year standout at Angelo State from 2017-21, during her time in San Angelo the Belles registered an overall record of 112-30 with four trips to the NCAA Division II Tournament. Allen was named the LSC Defensive Player of the Year in 2021 as she earned Third Team All-American honors from the AVCA.

The Katy, Texas product saw time in 375 sets during 109 matches at ASU, registering 677 career kills for an average of 1.81 per set to go along with 27 assists, 23 aces, 213 digs and 394 blocks. Allen registered a standout prep career at Katy Taylor High School.
Baleigh earned a Bachelor's in Marketing and Management from Angelo State in 2022 and she is currently pursuing a Master's in Education.
