Biography

At Northern Oklahoma-Enid:
Woelfle comes to Canyon following two standout seasons at Northern Oklahoma-Enid where he played all over the field for the Jets under head coach Raydon Leaton. The Jets claimed the 2019 NJCAA Division II National Championship as Woelfle hit .330 with nine doubles, two triples and three homeruns to drive in 30 RBI to go along with 13 stolen bases. The Pampa native saw time in 52 contests for NOC-Enid as a freshman in 2018, hitting .243 on the season with five doubles, one triple and four homeruns to drive in 16 RBI. He came up with the biggest swing of the season for the Jets, connecting on walkoff homerun in the bottom of the 10th inning of the Regional Finals against Western Oklahoma to send NOC-Enid to the NJCAA Division II World Series.

At Pampa High School:
Woelfle graduated from nearby Pampa High School in 2017 where he played up the middle for head coach Kaleb Snelgrooes and the Harvesters. He was a 3rd Team All-State selection during his senior campaign while also lettering in football and basketball for the Harvesters.

Personal:
Born June 9, 1998. Son of Joe Mile Woelfle and he has two siblings, Brooke and Brett. Majoring in Computer Information Systems at West Texas A&M.
