2021 Outdoor: Third Team All-Lone Star Conference. LSC All-Academic. Finished 3rd in the 400-meter hurdles after running 1:05.58 in the final. Ran a seasonal best 14.29 in the 100-meter hurdles in the prelims of the LSC Championships. USTFCCCA All-Region (100m hurdles). 
 
2021 Indoor: Out of eligibility. 

2020 Outdoor: Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2020 Indoor: Ranked 14th in NCAA DII in the 60-meter hurdles. Earned Second Team All-Lone Star Conference honors after her runner-up finish in the 60m hurdles at the LSC Championships in a personal best time of 8.62. Also ran a personal best time of 25.13 in the 200-meters to finish 10th in the prelims. Ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay that ran a seasonal best time of 3:46.94 at the Boston University Last Chance. Won the 60m hurdles at the Crimson & Gold Invitational in 8.73. Ran a personal best time of 7.94 in the 60-meter dash at The Power 5. Ran 1:32.17 over 600-yards at the Corky Classic. Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors (60m hurdles, 4x400m relay). Named to LSC All-Academic team.

2019 Outdoor: Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Second Team All-American honors after running a leg on the 4x400 meter relay that finished 10thrunning 3:46.61. Earned First Team All-Lone Star Conference honors as part of the.  4x400m relay that finished first while finishing second in the 100 meter hurdles. And fourth in the 400 meter hurdles. Ran a seasonal best time of 14.08 (14.11a) in the 100m hurdles to finish second at the West Texas A&M Invitational. 

2019 Indoor: Earned Second Team All-American honors from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross County Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) after finishing ninth in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships where she ran 8.64. Ran a personal best time of 8.63 in the 60m hurdles at the GAC All Comers/Last Chance to qualify for NCAAS. Finished third in the 60m hurdles at the Lone Star Conference Championships while recording a 26thplace finish in the 400-meters. Finished fifth in the hurdles at the Don Kirby Elite running 8.80 in the final and 8.91 in the prelims. Also finished fifth in the hurdles at the Texas Tech Open. Won the hurdles at The Power 5 in Colorado Springs, Colo. in 8.83. 

2018 Outdoor: Competed in the 100-meter hurdles and 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Championships I Charlotte, N.C. She finished 18th in the 100m hurdles running 14.58 in the prelims while also running a leg on the 4x400m relay that finished ninth. She finished third in both the 100m and 400-meter hurdles at the Lone Star Conference Championships. Ran a seasonal best time of 13.66 in the 100m hurdles at the West Texas A&M Invitational. Won the 400m hurdles at the WT Classic & Multi in 1:04.59.
 
2018 Indoor: Was a member of the Lady Buffs team that won the 2018 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championship. Earned All-American honors for the first time as a member of the 4x400-meter relay that ran 3:43.62 to finish third. She finished third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Lone Star Conference Championships running a seasonal best time of 8.67 in the prelims. Also ran a leg on the 4x400m that finished second. Won the 60m hurdles at The Quad running 8.81.

2017 Outdoor: Earned 3rd Team All-LSC for her third place finish in the 400-meter hurdles where she broke the freshman record running 1:00.92. That time ranked her 29th in the nation. She also finished fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at the LSC championships running 14.50 in the final. Ran a personal best time of 14.32 in the 100m hurdles at the West Texas A&M Invitational where she finished sixth.

2017 Indoor: Ran a personal best and NCAA provisional time of 8.77 to finish third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Lone Star Conference Championships to pick up Third Team All-Conference recognition.  She also picked up Second Team All-Conference honors as she ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay that finished second running 3:55.73 to clinch the Lady Buffs fourth straight title. Ran a personal best time of 59.92 in the 400-meters at the Don Kirby Invite.

High School: Graduated from Amarillo High School in 2016 where she was ran  the hurdles and relays for the Sandies. She was a state qualifier as a senior and holds personal bests of 14.04 (100m hurdles), 42.7 (300m hurdles) and split 57 seconds for 400-meters on a mile relay.

Personal: Born on July 30, 1998. Daughter of Robb and Maggie Thetford. Has one sibling. Plans on majoring in business at West Texas A&M.
