2024 Outdoor: Competed at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 13.89 (10th place) and in the Heptathlon with a score of 5,289 (9th place). Recorded multiple personal records for the season in the Heptathlon events… in the 800m (NCAA Division II Outdoor Track and Field Championships; 2:22.74; 5th place), in the 100m Hurdles (Lone Star Track and Field Championships; 13.80; 1st place), in the Heptathlon (Jo Meaker Classic and Multi; 5,403; 1st place), in the High Jump (Jo Meaker Classic and Multi; 1.69m; 1st place), in the Shot Put (Jo Meaker Classic and Multi; 11.92m; 2nd place), and the Javelin Throw (Jo Meaker Classic and Multi; 38.61m; 1st place). Received All-Region, All-American, and First-Team All-Conference honors

2024 Indoor: Competed at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 60m Hurdles with times of 8.51 (new PR and 6th place) and 8.55 (6th place). Also competed in the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships and recorded personal bests in the Long Jump with a jump of 5.68 (5th place) and in the Pentathlon with 3,614 points (4th place). Also at the Lone Star Indoor Track and Field Championships… placed 2nd in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 8.62; placed 6th in the High Jump with a jump of 1.57m; placed 3rd in Shot Put with a throw of 10.69m; and finally placed 3rd in Long Jump with a jump of 5.57m. Recorded a personal best in the 60m at the Stan Scott Memorial with a time of 7.79. Ran 8.79 in the 60m Hurdles at the SNU Indoor Invitational to earn 1st place. Received All-Region and First-Team All-American

2023 Outdoor: Competed in the NCAA Division II Track and Field Outdoor Championship in the 100m hurdles with a time of 14.25 and the heptathlon scoring a total of 5,025 points and reaching a personal best in the 200m race with a time of 24.55 in the heptathlon. Ran a personal best for the 100m hurdles event at the Lone Star Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 13.87, placing 1st. Also at the Lone Star Conference Championship, Greeson earned a personal best in the javelin throw with a distance of 36.97m securing a 2nd place finish. Given All-Region Honors for the heptathlon and the 100m events. Named Second-Team All America for the heptathlon. 

2023 Indoor: Competed in the Lone Star Conference Championship and ran a personal best in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.68, placed 2nd. Recorded a personal best score of 3,482 points in the pentathlon at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic. Given All-Region Honors for the 60m hurdles. 

2022 Outdoor: Finished 2nd in the 4x400-meter at the WT Spring Break Classic. Finished 6th in the shot put at the Ross Black Track and Field Open. Finished 1st in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 14.42, and 7th in the shot put with a personal best throw of 35’3.25” (10.75m) at the WT Spring Break Classic. Finished 4th in the heptathlon with a season best score of 4662 at the LSC Championship.

2022 Indoor: Finished 2nd in the 60 Hurdles with a personal best time of 8.80 as well as 6th in the pentathlon with a personal best of 3,338 points at the LSC Championships. Ran a personal best of 1:32.04 in the 600-yard at the Texas Tech Shootout. Threw a personal best of 34’5.75” (10.51m) at the Dr. MLK Jr. Collegiate Invitational. Ran a personal best of 26.40 in the 200-meter at the Corkey Classic. 

2021 Outdoor: Ranked 23^rd in the nation in the heptathlon and 32^nd in the 100-meter hurdles. First Team All-Lone Star Conference. 100-meter hurdle champion after running a PR of 14.15 in the final. Also finished 5^th in the heptathlon with the seventh-best performance in program history, 4,768 points. Finished 3^rd in the heptathlon at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi with 4,609 points. USTFCCCA All-Region (100m hurdles, heptathlon). 

2021 Indoor: Finished 4^th in the pentathlon at the Lone Star Conference Championships with 3,256 points. Also finished 4^th in the 60-meter hurdles running 9.11 in the final. Ran a seasonal best 9.07 in 60m hurdles at the Washburn Open. 

2020 Outdoor: Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2020 Indoor: Finished 12^th in the pentathlon at the Lone Star Conference Championships with 2,777 points. She also finished 12^th in the 60-meter hurdles running 9.75 in the prelims. Had an impressive performance at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic with seasonal bests. In the 600-meter (1:52.0), 60m hurdles (9.51), long jump (16-7.76/5.07m) and shot put (34-5/10.49m).  Finished ninth in the shot put and 60m hurdles at The Power 5. 

Sublette High School: Greeson was a two-time state runner-up in the 100-and 200-meter dash at the Kansas 2A State Championships. Also finished sixth in the long jump. Finished second in the state meet in the 100m and 200m as a sophomore while running a leg on the 4x100-meter relay that finished eighth. Also lettered in volleyball and basketball.

Personal: Born on December 22, 2000. Daughter of Whitney and Greg Green. Majoring in animal science.
