2024 Cross Country: Named the 2024 Lone Star Conference Women's Cross Country Runer of the Year.
The junior earned All-America honors with a 17th place finish at the NCAA Division II Championships (21:03.1) as she led West Texas A&M to a program-best runner-up national team championship finish. Lafare nabbed All-LSC honors placing sixth at the Conference championship (21:13.9/6k), helping West Texas A&M to its second straight and fourth overall LSC women's title. She placed 31st at the South Central Regional (23:05.2/6k) and 22nd at the prestigious Louisville Classic 5k Gold in October (17:28.6).
At Charleston:
Comes to Canyon following two seasons at the University of Charleston... Won the 5,000m Championship at both the Indoor (17:12.87) and the Outdoor (18:08.83) Mountain East Track & Field Championships... Claimed the 10,000m Outdoor Mountain East Championship in 2023 (36:42.84) and in 2024 (37:54.90)...
