Part of the LSC Indoor Champion 4x400m relay squad (3:37.34) for the Lady Buffs... Also finished third in the 200m (24.09) in Albuquerque... Competed at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia, earning All-American honors in the DMR (11:11.26) as the Lady Buffs placed second and set a new school record...
At Eastern New Mexico:
Placed third at the LSC Outdoor Championships in 2025 in the 4x100m relay (45.82)... Part of a sixth-place 4x400m relay squad (4:02.11) for the Greyhounds at the 2025 LSC Indoor Championships... Also finished third in the 4x1 relay (46.47)... Won the 2024 Greyhound Open in the 100m (12.12) and the 4x100m relay (47.13)...Â
At Shama Senior High School:
Graduate from Shama Senior High School (Ghana) in 2016... Finished first in multiple events including the 100m, 200m, 400m, mile medley, 4x100m, 4x400m, and long jump, while placing second in high jump... Contributed to a team that won three consecutive championships....Â
