Placed second in the 60m (7.51) at the LSC Indoor Championships, also finishing fourth in the 200m (24.24) in Albuquerque... Earned All-American honors in the 200m at the NCAA Indoor Championships in Virginia with a time of 23.91... 

2024-25:
Finished third at the LSC Indoor Championships in the 60m (7.58) as well as fourth in the 200m (24.16)... Won the 100m (11.38) and the 200m (23.24) at the West Texas Relays... Claimed LSC Outdoor Championships in the 100m (11.33), the 200m (23.99) and the 4x100m Relay (44.91)... Earned All-American honors in the 4x100m Relay, finishing fifth (44.48) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... 

2023-24:
Finished fifth in the 60m (7.56) at the LSC Indoor Championships... Part of the 4x100m relay squad that won the Masked Rider Open in Lubbock (45.06)... Ran a 11.66 in the 100m at the Texas Relays to finish 13th... Won the 100m (11.29) at the Joe Meaker Classic in Canyon... Won the 200m (23.30) at the Buffalo Invitational... Claimed the LSC Outdoor Championship in the 200m (23.53) and the 4x100m Relay (45.11)... Earned All-American honors in the 100m (11.34) at the NCAA Outdoor Championships... 

Labone Senior High School:
Ran the 100m, 300m and the 4x100 for coach Amuzu Logosu...was voted Best Female Athlete of the Year..Competed in basketball, handball and volleyball...

Personal: 
Daughter of Sabina and Samuel Acheampong. Has three siblings, Daniel, Esther and Joshua. Majoring in Sport and Exercise Science.
