2026 Outdoor: Opened outdoor season with a 2nd place finish in the hammer throw (46.39m)...competed at the LSC Championships where she took 7th in the discuss throw (42.22m), 11th in the shot put (11.44m), and 12th in the hammer throw (46.70m)

2026 Indoor: Registered a pair of Top-10 finishes at the UCCS Pre Holiday Invite & Multi in the weitht throw (6th - 15.28m) and the shot put (8th - 11.59m)... Placed 14th in the shot put (10.65m) at the LSC Indoor Championships along with a 16th place showing in the weight throw (13.58m)...

2024-25:
Finished eighth in the weight throw (15.00m) at the LSC Indoor Championships along with a 17th place finish in the shot put (10.96m)... Registered a sixth-place performance in the hammer throw (50.34m) at the Jo Meaker Classic... Placed ninth at the LSC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw (47.42m)...

2023-24:
Recorded a new personal best at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic in Weight Throw with a throw of 13.36m... Competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the Shot Put (12.29m), in the Discus Throw (43.30m; 4th place + new personal record), and in the Hammer Throw (46.57m; 4th place)... Recorded new personal bests at the Buffalo Invitational in the Hammer Throw (48.70m) and at the Masked Rider Open in the Shot Put (12.47m)... 

Cheraw High School:
Competed in discus and shotput for coaches Katy Harris and Jesse Reece...Competed at the Colorado Track Championships.. Placed distance of (122’9) to place fourth overall as a personal best... Placed in shot-put earning state runner up with a distance of (35’8, 2022) and (38’5.5, 2023)... Lettered in basketball... Four time honor roll recipient...

Daughter of Tim and Crystal Provost... Has two siblings, Timothy and Caitlin... Majoring in Animal Science.
