2021: Saw action in 20 games with 20 starts for the Lady Buffs... With one goal and four assists for six points... Recorded 21 shots (0.048) and 11 shots on goal (0.524) ... Logged a season high of 99 minutes against UT Tyler (10/9) and accumulated a total of 1637 minutes for the season...
2020 (Played in Spring of 2021): Appeared in all 10 games including nine starts for a total of 794 minutes. She earned all-conference accolades after finishing second on the team in assists (4) while recording 14 shots, seven of those on-target. She provided the final two assists in WT’s 4-0 victory over Texas A&M-Commerce in the LSC Quarterfinal. Played a season-high 92 minutes against DBU on Feb. 24.
2019: Appeared in 18 games including 12 starts as a junior where she finished third on the team in assists in 948 minutes of action. She recorded four assists, three coming in the final four games of the season, along with 27 shots and 14 shots on-target. She recorded a career-high eight shots against Lubbock Christian on Nov. 7.
2018: 2nd Team All-Lone Star Conference. Had a solid sophomore season where she appeared in 20 games with 18 starts scoring four goals and five assists for 13 total points on 43 shots. She recorded two assists in WT’s 3-0 win over Oklahoma Baptist on Sept. 11 followed by a two goal performance against Southern Nazarene two days later. Also scored a goal and assist in WT’s 7-0 win over UT Permian Basin on Oct. 5. Converted 2-of-3 penalty kicks. Logged 1,264 minutes.
2017: Saw action in all 23 games with 12 starts as a freshman. Scored three goals with two assists for eight points. Had 26 shots with 13 on frame and two game winners. Went 1-1 in penalty kicks. Named Honorable Mention All-Conference. Scored her first goal at UT Permian Basin (10/1) and the game winner in a 4-0 win. Also added a game winner in the 3-0 win over Midwestern State (10/6) where she recorded a season-high six shots and five on frame. Notched the PK goal in a 3-1 win at Midwestern State (10/29). Played a season-high 96 minutes.
Caprock High School: Named MVP and Soccer Female of the Year as a senior. Earned first team all-district honors each of her four years. First team all-region, Amarillo Super Team MVP, Amarillo Globe-News Female Soccer Player of the Year in 2016 and 2017. Played multiple positions for head coach Marc Smith.
Personal: Born April 17, 1999. Parents are Jesse Diaz and Liz Mireles. Has two siblings.
