Biography

Career: Finished her career as one of the top goalkeepers in program history having started in 77 matches for an overall record of 41-25-9. She is the program’s all-time leader in saves with 361 while her 41 wins are tied for the most with Jamie Griffis-Roach. She also recorded 25 shutouts which are the second-most in Lady Buff history while allowing 1.06 goals per game and a 0.813 save percentage.
 
2018: 2nd Team All-Lone Star Conference. Academic All-Lone Star Conference. Finished her four-year career starting in all 22 games leading the Lady Buffs to their first South Central Regional title since 2009. Finished a record of 15-4-3 to go along with a personal-best goals against average of 0.83 while recording a career-high nine shutouts. She also made 104 saves making her the third Lady Buff in program history to reach the 100-save plateau. Broke the school record for career saves in a 0-0 draw against Angelo State on Oct. 7. Had a season-high 11 saves in WT’s 1-1 draw against UC-Colorado Springs in the NCAA Tournament. Came up big the Lady Buffs in the NCAA Tournament with multiple saves in their penalty shootout victories over UCCS and Dallas Baptist.

2017: Played and started 22 games between the posts for the Lady Buffs...Named second team all-conference as a junior...Recorded a 1.06 GAA with 24 goals against, 86 saves (.782) and a 10-7-5 record with eight shutouts and one combined shutout...Her 86 saves ranks fifth all-time in school history in a a season...Faced 249 shots and logged 2,041:45 minutes...Played five games of 110 minutes and 20 of 90 minutes or more...Ranked fifth nationally and first in the league in minutes (2041:45)...Third in the LSC in goals against average (1.058)...Fourth in the LSC in save percentage (0.782), while her 86 save was good for fifth in the league and 73rd nationally...Had a season-high ten saves at Angelo State in a 2-2 tie...Named LSC Academic All-Conference...Named LSC Defensive Player of the Week once (9/27)...for the win and tie over Texas A&M-Commerce and Texas Woman's, respectively...Named to LSC All-Tournament Team as the Lady Buffs won their first LSC tournament title since 2012.

2016: Earned All-LSC Honorable Mention honors while being named to the Lone Star Conference All-Academic team after starting in 16 matches as a sophomore. She made 77 saves while facing 176 shots for a career-high .819 save percentage. Dippel had four shutouts while only allowing 17 goals for a career-high 1.06 goals against average. She made 15 saves against Angelo State on Sept. 30 were the second-most in a single match in school history.

2015: Saw action in 17 matches while making 17 starts in the goal for the Lady Buffs. She recorded a record of 7-8-0 while logging 1,480 minutes. Her 94 saves are the fourth most in a single season in school history. She finished the season with a 1.40 GAA and .803 save %. Her 13 saves against Lubbock Christian on Oct. 28 are the second-most in a single game in school history.

High School: Graduated from Belton High School in 2015, where she played goalkeeper for the Tigers. During her senior season, she earned First team All-State honors after leading the district title. Under head coach Wendy Knight, Dippel led the Tigers to a district title all four years of her high school career.

Personal: Born on September 12, 1996. Daughter of Tim and Kim Dippel. Has two siblings: Kayla and Matthew. Plans to major in sports and exercise sciences at West Texas A&M.
