Natasha Pendleton Flores joined the Lady Buffs as the Assistant Coach in January 2025.
Before WT, Natasha was at William Jewell College in Liberty, Mo. She spent 3 seasons with the Cardinals, where she assisted in practice and game preparation, team meetings, recruiting, and training the goalkeepers. While at Jewell, Pendleton Flores was also on staff with the Kansas Olympic Development Program and Rush Soccer Club. With Kansas ODP, she helped develop field players and goalkeepers through monthly training sessions and both state, interregional, and regional tournament events. In her time with KCMO Rush Soccer, Pendleton Flores was the Director of Goalkeeping and a staff coach primarily working with U14 and U15 boys.
Prior to her stint at William Jewell, Natasha was the assistant coach at Georgia Military College in Milledgeville, Ga. for two seasons. From 2016-2020, she was in Bremen, Ind. where she served as the head coach of Bremen High School's Girls Soccer program for 4 years and assistant swim team coach for 3 years. While at Bremen she led the girls' soccer team to the school's first ever conference title and was named coach of the year by her peers in 2019. That year she was also 1 of 15 women coaches named to the United Soccer Coaches 30 under 30. Prior to coaching at Bremen High School, Pendleton Flores coached in various roles at Goshen Community Schools for 3 years.
Before getting into coaching, Natasha earned her B.S. in Mathematics from Saint Mary's College. She has also earned an M.B.A from Arizona State University and an M.S. in Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame. While earning her degrees, Pendleton Flores took a variety of coaching courses, as well as played in adult soccer leagues, club & intramurals, and was a member of the Notre Dame Marching Band.
Pendleton Flores currently holds her United States Soccer Federation "C" and "Goalkeeper C" Licenses, as well as her National Diploma from United Soccer Coaches. In her free time, Natasha enjoys hiking, golfing, playing and watching soccer, and hanging out with her wife and dogs.
