Biography

2021-22:
Roberts made an immediate impact on the hardwood for the Lady Buffs during her first season in Maroon & White in 2021-22, being named a WER Honorable Mention All-American. The Portales, New Mexico native finished the season going 150-of-422 (35.5%) from the floor including 63-of-199 (31.7%) from behind the arc and 72-of-102 (70.6%) from the free throw line to average a team-leading 13.2 points per game to go along with 112 rebounds, 92 assists, 62 steals and 11 blocks. Roberts claimed Second Team All-LSC accolades as well as being named to the LSC Championship All-Tournament Team and the South Central Region All-Tournament Team. 

At Eastern New Mexico:
Roberts (formerly Cox) makes the move down Highway 60 following three seasons at Eastern New Mexico, she was a Second Team All-Lone Star Conference selection for the Greyhounds as a sophomore in 2019-20 while also being named to the LSC Championship All-Tournament Team as ENMU was selected for the NCAA Postseason. The talented guard led the LSC in steals with 83, setting a new program single-season record. She started all 31 games for the Hounds, going 147-of-389 (37.8%) from the floor including 61-of-190 (32.1%) from behind the arc to go along with 147 assists while averaging 13.1 points per game to lead the team.
 
As a freshman in 2018-19, Zam appeared in 30 games with 28 starts as she led the team with 107 assists and 46 makes from beyond the arc. She went 101-of-287 (35.2%) from the floor including 46-of-160 (28.8%) from deep and 39-of-56 (69.6%) from the free throw line to average 9.6 points per game to go along with 80 rebounds (20 offensive, 60 defensive), 107 assists, 54 steals and two blocks.
 
At Portales High School:
She registered a standout prep career at Portales High School where she was named the District Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year, helping the Rams to a Class 4A State Championship.

Personal:
Born November 1, 1999. Zamorye is the daughter of Gary and Diane Cox and she has four siblings: Carey, Gerianne, Parigrynne and Sheraya. She is expected to major in Health & Physical Education at West Texas A&M.
