2023:
Leibl saw time in 38 games with 28 starts for the Buffaloes during his first season in Maroon & White in 2023. The California product hit .260 with seven doubles, one triple and three homeruns to drive in 26 RBI for a slugging percentage of .448. Defensively, he registered 208 putouts with 27 assists and just two errors for a fielding percentage of .992.

At Oklahoma:
Leibl spent the Fall of 2022 at the University of Oklahoma.

At Santa Ana College:
Leibl attended Santa Ana College during his sophomore campaign in 2021, hitting .282 for the Dons with six doubles, two triples and two homeruns to drive in 33 RBI for a slugging percentage of .427 to go along with 11 walks for an on-base clip of .369. Behind the plate, he registered a fielding percentage of .996 with 216 putouts and 17 assists while throwing out nine would-be base stealers.

At Loyola Marymount:
Leibl spent the 2021 campaign at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. He saw time in 13 contests for the Lions, registering a batting average of .182 with one double to drive in three RBI to go along with four walks for an on-base percentage of .270. He tallied 24 putouts on 25 total chances with one assists and no errors for a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000.

At Los Alamitos High School:
Graduated from Los Alamitos High School in 2020 where he played all over the field for the Griffins under head coach Matthew Nunez. Was selected to the Sunset League Dream Team during his senior campaign.

Personal:
Born July 26, 2002. Evan is the son of Brian and Christine Leibl and he has two siblings, Max and Jenna. He is expected to major in Communications at West Texas A&M.
