San Angelo Central High School: She averaged 14.7 points, nine rebounds and three assists as a junior for the Bobcats for head coach Greg McWilliams...She was the 2013 Team Most Valuable Player as she earned first team all-district honors and was a 2012-2013 All-West Texas Super Team honoree...Hurst also earned the Heart Award from 2010-2012...Academically, she currently is a member of National Honor Society (2010-2013), a member of the Academic Honor Roll and has earned a number of awards during her high school career.
