2022-23:
The Albuquerque product saw time in 31 games with 17 starts for the Lady Buffs during her sophomore season in 2022-23. She went 80-of-242 (33.1%) from the field including 52-of-168 (31%) from behind the arc and 21-of-24 (87.5%) from the free throw line to average 7.5 points per contest to go along with 53 rebounds (10 offensive, 43 defensive), 40 assists, three blocks and 17 steals.

2021-22:
Himeur saw time in 22 games with one start during her true freshman campaign in 2021-22, averaging 9.9 minutes per contest. The Albuquerque native went 28-of-81 (34.6%) from the floor including 16-of-59 (27.1%) from deep and 14-of-17 (82.4%) from the free throw line to average 3.9 points per game to go along with 15 rebounds (five offensive, 10 defensive), eight assists and 12 steals.

At Cibola High School:
Himeur registered a stellar prep career at Cibola High School in Albuquerque where she was an All-State shooting guard for the Cougars under head coach Lori Mabrey. Azia earned Second Team All-Metro honors as well as being named All-District. She averaged 15 points per game for the Cougars as a senior while scoring 14 points per game as a junior. She also excelled in the classroom as a member of the National Honor Society and the French National Honor Society.
 
She was the offensive catalyst for a Cibola program that finished 19-8 in 2019-20, just a few seasons removed from finishing as the 6A State Runner-Up in 2017-18. She was named a Second Team All-Metro selection in 2019-20 as well as a First Team All-District selection after shooting 45% from three-point range and 51% from the field.

Born May 22, 2003. Azia is the daughter of Farid Himeur and Bernadette Gonzales and she has five siblings: Jennie, Ciera, Josh, Deb and Sofian. She is still undecided on a major at West Texas A&M.
