2022 (Junior): Played in 14 games for the Lady Buffs with two starts... Had an ERA of 6.07 with three wins... Pitched 30 innings allowing 41 hits and 29 runs with 26 earned... Had a season high of 5.0 inning pitched and six strikeout against Oklahoma Christian (4/3) ... 

2021 (Sophomore): Played a key role in WT’s run to the 2022 Division II National Championship… Played in 37 games for the Lady Buffs with 31 starts... Finished the season 25-6 with 15 complete games and a career-high four shutouts… Was awarded the 4-1 victory over Biola to lead the program to its second National Championship… Had an ERA of 2.65... Ranked second in the Lone Star Conference with 185 total strikeouts and first in innings pitcher with 172.0... Struckout a career-high 11 batters against Texas A&M-Kingsville (5/19)… Had a season high of four assists against Texas A&M Kingsville (5/14) and one putout against Biola (6/1) ... 

2020 (Sophomore):  Made 14 appearances with 13 starts for the Lady Buffs on the mound including six complete games and one shutout before season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic… Made her way onto all of the Lady Buffs career top-10 records with innings pitched (194.2), wins (22), shutouts (3), strikeouts (129), complete games (18), appearances (41), and games started (37)… Had a 3.84 ERA in 75 complete innings… Allowed 39 runs (32 earned) on 67 hits… Had a team-high 52 strikeouts as opponents hit .238…

2019 (Freshman): 
Lair opened her career at WT with an outstanding earning her first conference award as she was named Third Team All-Lone Star Conference… Made her way onto the Lady Buffs career top-10 records in two categories with 14 wins and 12 complete games… Made 27 appearances with 24 starts… Recorded a 4.62 ERA with two shutouts and one save… Led the Lady Buffs with 77 strikeouts… Struckout eight batters against Eastern New Mexico (4/6)… Totaled one hit against UC-Colorado Springs for a .500 season batting average…

At Canyon High School:
Lair registered one of the top softball careers in Texas Panhandle history at Canyon High School under head coach Nicole Coffee as the right-hander led the Lady Eagles to the 2018 Regional Semifinals following a run to the State Semifinals during her junior campaign to become the first panhandle team to play in the Texas State Tournament. As a senior in 2018, Lair was named the Texas Panhandle Sports Hall of Fame Player of the Year while earning District Pitcher of the Year honors and her second Amarillo Globe News Softball Player of the Year accolade, finishing a combined 54-7 with over 600 strikeouts during her final two seasons at CHS.

Born December 21, 1999. Daughter of Evan Lair and she has five siblings: Tammy, Jalen, Jackson, Brady and Westyn. She is undecided on a major at West Texas A&M.
