Made the move to the defensive side of the ball as WT ranked 32nd nationally in team tackles for loss (6.8/game) while also ranking 41st in team sacks (2.42/game)… Tallied six total tackles (four solo)... Season-best three tackles against Sul Ross State (October 4)... Forced a fumble against Western Oregon (September 27)...

Saw time in seven games for the Buffaloes in 2024... Carried the ball four times...

Registered a standout prep career at nearby Palo Duro High School (Texas) where he played running back and linebackers while also returning kicks for the Dons under head coach Eric Mims... First Team All-District selection on both sides of the ball in 2022... Led the Texas Panhandle with 11 sacks to go along with 55 tackles (12 for loss) while rushing for 737 yards and 12 touchdowns...
