Biography

Career: A two-time All-Heartland Conference selection has played in 55 matches while making 40 starts during his three years at WT. He has lead the team in assists all three years, while leading the team in goals, assists and points as a sophomore.  He has scored 13 goals with 14 assists and 40 points, while recording 85 shots with 34 on frame...Has logged 2,791 minutes on the field.

2017: Named Heartland Conference Second Team in 2017 and earned D2CCA Second Team All-Region honors...finished third on the team in points with 16 on five goals and six assists...Played in all 18 matches with 10 starts, logging 722 minutes...Had 24 shots (.208) with 14 on goal (.583), while going 1-2 in penalty kicks...Scored his first hat trick against Eastern New Mexico with three goals and three assists for nine points (10/28) ranking tied for second all-time in points in a game, while his three assists also are good for T-2nd all-time...Named Heartland Conference Player of the Week for his efforts against ENMU...Ranked third in the league in assists (6) and second in assists per game (0.33).

2016: Was one of three underclassmen to earn All-Heartland First Team honors after leading the Buffs in goals, assist and points during his sophomore season. Started in 18 of 20 matches scoring six goals and four assists for 16 points on 36 shots with 14 shots on goal in a career-high 1153 minutes. Ulloa was part of an offensive attack that ranked sixth in the nation in shots per game (19.55) and 11th in shots on goal per game (8.45). He also converted his only penalty kick of the season in a 3-0 victory of CSU-Pueblo. Recorded his first career multi-goal game including the game-winner in WT’s 4-0 victory over Wayland Baptist on Sept. 1. He was named 2nd Team D2CCA All-South Central Region after the conclusion of the season.

2015: Saw action in 17 matches with 12 starts logging 916 minutes. Led the team with four assists while adding two goals for eight points. Was second on the team with 25 shots, six of which were on goal.

High School: Graduated from Wylie East High School in 2015, where he played in the central midfield for the Raiders. During his time under head coach John True, Ulloa was named District MVP and the Raiders were regional finalists. He was a four-year letter winner.

Personal: Born on November 20, 1996. Son of Everisto Ulloa and Guillermina Benavidez. . He is undecided on a major at West Texas A&M. His brother, Victor, plays for FC Dallas.
