Biography

2014: Limmer was a key role-player for the Lady Buffs during the 2014 season on their run to the program’s first ever national championship, she saw time in 31 games with four starts for WT during her redshirt freshman season. The Lubbock product hit .379 with seven doubles and one homerun in 29 at-bats to drive in 12 RBI for a slugging percentage of .724 while walking nine times for an on-base clip of .526. Defensively she saw time at third base and in the outfield, registering six putouts and three assists for a fielding percentage of 1.000. Limmer also excelled in the classroom, being named a member of the Lone Star Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2013: Limmer redshirted for the Lady Buffs during the 2013 season following shoulder surgery.

High School: Limmer registered a four year standout prep career at Lubbock Cooper HS (Texas) where she did the work behind the plate for the Pirates under the guidance of head coach Landon Winton. She helped lead the Pirates to the Texas Class 3A Regional Semifinals as a senior with an overall record of 31-5. Limmer was a two time TGCA and TSWA All-State selection while also picking up two All-City and three All-South Plains accolades while at CHS. She also lettered in volleyball, basketball and track and graduated in the Top 10% of her class.

Major: Limmer is a Marketing major at West Texas A&M.

Personal: Limmer is the daughter of Bryan and Cari Limmer and she has two siblings, Griffin and Bailey.
