Biography


2010: Webster became a fixture in the Lady Buff lineup as a freshman in2010, seeing time in 51 games with 43 starts. She finished her first season in Canyon with a .288 batting average with nine doubles, two triples, 19 RBI and a slugging percentage of .386. Webster drove in 19 runs and scored 23 times. She led the team with 223 putouts for a .977 fielding percentage. Webster’s best offensive game came on February 27 at home against Cameron when she went 2-for-4 with a double and drove in a season high three RBI in a 12-7 victory.

High School: Webster graduated from Keller HS (Texas) in 2009 and played first base for the Indians. She led the team to an Area Championship and a State Runner-Up finish as a senior. Webster was named second team all-district as a freshman and first team all-district for her sophomore, junior and senior years. Webster also excelled in the classroom, being named an Academic All-American during all four years of high school.

Personal: Webster is the daughter of Michael and Wendy Webster and has two siblings, Matthew and Blaire. She is majoring in Special Education at WTAMU.
