Biography

2015 (Sophomore):
McKissick saw time in 10 games for the Lady Buffs as the Leander native hit .400 on the year with two hits in her five at-bats with one RBI and two total bases to go along with one walk for an on-base percentage of .500. McKissick registered seven putouts in the field with just one error for a fielding percentage of .875. 

2014 (Freshman):
McKissick saw limited time for the Lady Buffs in 2014 as a true freshman, seeing time in 12 games for the DII National Champions. The Rouse product hit .250 in eight appearances with one double and three total bases for a slugging percentage of .375 to go along with two walks for an on-base percentage of .400. Defensively, she registered 19 putouts with no errors for a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000.

High School: 
McKissick came to Canyon in the Fall of 2014 following a prep career at Rouse HS (Texas) where she played numerous positions for the Raiders under head coach Lacy Blissit. McKissick was a 2nd Team All-District selection during her senior season while also picking up Hill Country News Dazzlin Dozen honors. She also excelled in the classroom, being named a Texas Gold Metal Scholar and a Rouse High School Scholar.

Major: 
McKissick is majoring in Civil Engineering at West Texas A&M with a minor in Business.

Personal: 
McKissick is the daughter of Lee and Kathryn McKissick and she has one brother, Brandon.
