2022 Indoor: Ranked 2nd in the 60-meter hurdles. Also ranked 22nd in the 60-meter. Earned First Team All-American honors by finishing 2nd in the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Championships with a personal best time of 7.75 and breaking the school record. Earned All American honors again by finishing 4th in the 60-meter at the NCAA Division II Championships with a time of 7.90. Finished 1st in the 60-meter hurdles in the finals at the LSC Championships. Finished 3rd in the 60-meter at the LSC Championships with a personal best time of 6.76 in the prelims. 

2021 Outdoor: Two-time First Team All-American. Finished 2nd in the 110-meter hurdles after running 13.89 in the final after running 14.03 in the prelims. Also ran the third leg on the 4x100-meter relay that finished 2^nd in a time of 39.82. Lone Star Conference Champion in the 110m hurdles, breaking the school record in the final with a time of 13.58. Also finished 2nd as part of the 4x100m relay. Won the 110m hurdles at the Masked Rider Open and Jo Meaker Classic & Multi. Ran a personal best time of 10.55 in the 100-meter dash at the Texas Relays. USTFCCCA All-Region (110m hurdles, 4x100m). 

2021 Indoor: First Team All-American. Finished 5th in the 60-meter hurdles after running 8.00 in the final. Finished 2^ndin the 60-meter dash and 60m hurdles at the Lone Star Conference Championships. Ran a personal best time of 6.83 in the 60m in the final. Ran a personal best time of 7.91, the 8^th fastest time in program history, at the Texas Tech Corky Classic. 

2020 Outdoor: Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2020 Indoor: Redshirted.

2019 Outdoor: Earned U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Second Team All-American honors after running the leadoff leg of the 4x100 meter relay that finished ninth in 41.11. Had an impressive Lone Star Conference Championships where he finished fifth in the 100 meter dash and fourth in the 110 meter hurdles while running a leg on the 4x100m relay that finished third. Ran a seasonal best time of 14.25 in the 110m hurdles to win the event at the West Texas A&M Invitational while also running 10.56 in the 100m. Finished 20^thin the 110m hurdles at Texas Relays in 14.38. 

2019 Indoor:Earned Second Team U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) honors after finishing 12^thin the 60-meter hurdles at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships. Recorded a pair of runner-up finishes in the 60m hurdles and 60-meter dash running a personal best in both events. He finished second in the 60m after running 6.84 in the prelims. He also ran 7.97 in the prelims of the 60m hurdles before finishing second to teammate Lorenzo Johnson. 

Dodge City Community College: Lewis was a four-time national qualifier in the hurdles during his two-year career. He also earned multiple all-conference honors. 

Palo Duro High School: Lewis graduated in 2016 where he was a district champion as a senior and area champion as a junior.

Personal: Born on June 23, 1998. Son of Tasharn Lewis and Charles Cunningham. Has four siblings. Majoring in general studies.
