th to help the Buffs clinch a spot to NCAAs. Finished 31
st at the Lone Star Conference Championships as the Buffs won their fifth-straight title. Ran a seasonal best time of 27:48.1 over 8,000-meters to finish 46
th at the MSSU Southern Stampede in Joplin, Mo.

Ran a seasonal best time of 32:55.78 over 10,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival. Ran a personal best time of 4:13.87 over 1,500-meters at the Beach Invitational.
2017 Indoor: Finished eighth in the 5,000-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 15:42.95. He also finished 11
th over 3,000-meters running 9:10.87 at the same championships. Ran a personal best time of 15:23.86 in the 5,000m at the GVSU Big Meet Friday. Finished 20
th in the 3,000m at the GVSU Big Meet Saturday in a personal best time of 9:01.13.
2016 Cross Country: Was the Buffs 5
th runner at the NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships where he finished 207
th covering the 10,000-meter course in 34:09.8. Finished 105
th at the South Central Region Championships covering the 10k course at Washington Park in 34:57. Earned All-Conference honors for the first time in his career after finishing 10
th at the Lone Star Cross Country Championships in a time of 26:10.0. Ran a personal best time of 25:56.0 over 8,000-meters to finish 69
th at the FHSU Open. Finished 56
th at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree running 28:22.9 while opening the season with a 26
th place finish at the Border Classic.
2016 Outdoor: Finished eighth in the 10,000-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running 32:38.72. Also competed in the 5,000-meters where he finished 10
th running 15:47.76. Ran a personal best time of 15:32.27 in the 5,000-meters at the Texas Tech Open where he finished seventh. Ran 10:10.21 in his collegiate 3,000-meter steeplechase debut finishing third at the WT Classic & Multi.
2016 Indoor: Finished 13
th in the 3,000 meters at the Grizzly-Buffalo Clash in a time of 9:01.61.
2015 Cross Country: As a redshirt freshman, Splawn ran in three meets for the Buffs including a top-25 performance in the Buffalo Stampede (5k). He ran a personal-best time of 26:25.8 in the 8k at the Chile Pepper Festival.
High School: Graduated from Tascosa High School in 2014, where he competed in the 5k in cross country and 1600m and 3200m events in track. Splawn was a two-time district champion in cross country. During his high school career, he had personal best times of 9:50 (3200m), 4:35 (Mile) and 15:57 (5000m).
Personal: Born on July 20, 1995 in Amarillo, Texas. Son of David and Cinna Splawn. One brother, Joshua. Majoring in finance at West Texas A&M.
