2024 Outdoor: Competed at the Lone Star Track and Field Championships in the 200m (21.86; 12th place), in the 400m (50.26), and in the 4x400m (3:15.16; 5th place). Placed 1st in the 4x400m at the Corky/Crofoot Shootout with a time of 3:12.44 and at the Jo Meaker Classic and Multi with a time of 3:15.75.

2024 Indoor: Earned National Runner-Up at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championships for the Distance Medley Relay with a time of 9:42.62. Also competed in the Lone Star Conference Track and Field Championships in the 200m with a time of 22.42, placing 9th and in the 400m with a time of 50.62, placing 11th. Received USTFCCCA First-Team All-America honors 

2023 Outdoor: Ran a 21.68 in the 200m at the LSC Championships, finishing 16th in the preliminaries. Competed in the 400m, finishing 11th in the preliminaries with a time of 48.51. Ran a leg of the 4x400m relay, finishing 1st at the LSC Championships with a time of 3:08.47. 

2023 Indoor: Competed in the LSC Indoor Championships, finishing 20th in the 200m preliminaries with a time of 22.26, and 13th in the 400m preliminaries with a time of 49.50. Ran a leg in the 4x400m relay, finishing 2nd in the LSC Championships with a time of 3:13.10. Finished 8th in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA D2 Indoor Championships with a time of 3:13.00. Is a 3x All-South Central-Region Team recipient for the 4x400m Relay. Is a First-Team All-American Athlete in 2023 for the 4x400 Relay.

2022 Outdoor: Ranked 1st in the 4x400-meter relay. Finished 4th in the 400-meter and 1st in the 4x400-meter at the LSC Championship. Finished 10th in the 200-meter at the Ross Black Track and Field Open. Finished 4th in the 400-meter with a personal best time of 48.26 and finished 5th with another personal best in the 200-meter with a time of 21.56 at the WT Spring Break Classic. Finished 3rd running a leg in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Division II National Championship with a season best time of 3:06.52, and breaking the WT 4x400-meter school record.

2022 Indoor: Ranked 10th in the 4x400-meter relay. Earned First Team All-American honors by finishing 5th running a leg in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Division II Championships with a time of 3:12.10. Finished 1st running a leg in the 4x400-meter relay at the LSC Championships. Ran a personal best in the 400-meter with a time of 48.99 at the New Mexico Classic. 

2021 Outdoor: Finished 9h in the 400-meters at the Lone Star Conference Championships running a personal best of 49.12 in the prelims. Also ran a leg on the 4x400-meter relay that finished 5th in 3:19.09. Ran a personal best time of 22.01 in the 200-meters to finish 18^th at the Jo Meaker Classic & Multi. 

2021 Indoor: Earned First Team All-Conference honors after running the 400-meter leg on the distance medley relay that won in 10:19.08. Also finished 5th in the 400-meters running 49.39 in the final. Also ran a leg on the DMR that ran 10:19.37 (9.53.16a) at the Adams State Grizzly Open. Ran a seasonal best of 22.23 in the 200-meters at the Washburn Open. 

2020 Outdoor: Canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic. 

2020 Indoor: Was part of the 4x400-meter relay that won the Lone Star Conference Championship in a seasonal best time of 3:12.80, which was good enough to qualify the quartet for the NCAA Championships. Also finished 14^th in the 400-meters, 49.81, and 15^th in the 200-meters, 22.10. Ran a seasonal best time of 49.40 in the 400m at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic. Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors.
